SUMMARY BRIEFING MBTA PERKESO 2021 untuk Training Providers, Trainers dan Coaches

Berikut adalah beberapa point dan ringkasan semasa Briefing bersama PERKESO untuk Penyedia Latihan.

1) Program Latihan PERKESO terbahagi kepada dua skim :

i) SIP/EISPlus – Program Latihan kepada Orang Berinsuran (OB), tiada tempoh.

ii) PENJANA Kerjaya 2.0 – Program Latihan bersifat sementara, submit tambahan kursus sehingga bulan Jun 2021

iii) PENJANA Kerjaya 2.0 terbahagi kepada dua : (1) Place and Train – ada penempatan pekerjaan kemudian latihan (2) Train and Place- latihan dahulu kemudian penempatan pekerjaan di website EIS. (3) Program Perantisan – Penempatan pekerjaan dan latihan bagi lepasan graduan.

2) Pembiayaan bagi program setiap skim yang ditawarkan oleh PERKESO

i) EISPlus (Train and Place ) – Maksimum RM 4,000 (1) Tarikh akhir program : Tiada

ii) PENJANA Kerjaya 2.0 terbahagi kepada dua : (1) Program Perantisan ( Place and Train ) – Maksimum RM 4,000 (2) PENJANA Kerjaya 2.0 ( Place and Train ) – Maksimum RM 7,000 (a) Tarikh akhir program : 30 September 2021

3) Syarat Kelayakan untuk memohon menjadi Penyedia Latihan PERKESO

i) Berhad (Bhd) / Sendirian Berhad (Sdn. Bhd)

ii) Persatuan / Pusat latihan berasaskan industri

iii) Institusi Kerajaan / Separuh Kerajaan iv) Pemilik Tunggal/ Sole proprietor v) Syarikat Liabiliti Terhad

4) Fokus Latihan yang perlu disediakan oleh Penyedia Latihan i) Hard Skills ( Digital Skills, Automation, Cloud Computing dan sebagainya ) ii) Hard Skills + Soft Skills ( Blended skills )

Training Startup Bootcamp

Next year marks our 15th year in the industry. Alhamdullilah neOOne Associates is able to thrive (even survive Covid) all these years. Tzeyasmin Ahmad is fond of reminising how we went from hopping from Starbuck to Starbuck to having a office in my living room to a 500sq feet office space sharing with another trainer to a 3900 sq feet to a three story shop block.
